The Emma Willard swim team competed against Albany High last week for our first home meet of the season. The meet was very close, Emma losing by a mere 4 points. The team did a great job. Read summaries of all swim meets here.

EW alum reinvigorating a movement

Amanda Poppei ‘97 was recently named head of the Washington Ethical Society. Amanda was back on campus for her reunion last September. She is a trained Unitarian Universalist minister, and at only 29 is heading the second-largest Ethical Culture congregation in the country. Read the Washington Post for the full story.
