Class of '09
On May 31, Emma Willard students gathered in the Chapel to celebrate the traditional Flame Ceremony. This ceremony is the passing down of leadership by current club heads and class officers to their future leaders. The present leaders gave their new leaders little mementoes with a few, witty words of wisdom. To conclude the event, the graduating class of 2009 sang their class song, “Lean on Me”.
