Since this is an important election year, the history department wanted to invite some politicians to speak with students. We narrowed it down to the congressional race of Tonko v. Burhmaster and the senate seat of McDonald v. Russo. Tonko and Buhrmaster were interested, but, unfortunately, couldn’t make it work with their busy schedules.
